We stand behind the quality of our honey products at Honey Queen.

We do not offer returns for food items due to food safety regulations.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer a refund or exchange of item. All refund requests must be made within two business day of receiving your order and will be processed as quickly as possible.


Shipment Error: If you have received an incorrect item, please get in touch with us via email at or call our customer service at +91 81969 00454 . Kindly reference your order number, and we will guide you through the process of returning the item and arranging for a correct replacement. Please ensure that all discrepancies are reported within the 1-2 days of order being received i.e return policy window.

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service department immediately. Any damage caused during shipping must be reported on the same day of delivery and claimed within 15 days of delivery. Kindly describe the damage and provide photographs/videos of any visible harm to the outer packaging. If concealed damage is discovered upon opening, please retain the packaging and inform our customer service department right away. 


Refused Delivery: Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order and it is returned to us, please note that a restocking fee of INR 500, along with any return shipping charges, will be deducted from your refund.

Cancelled Orders: If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of the order placed.
